Ada Patterson

Ada Patterson has extensive experience in clinical services management, currently serving as the Clinical Services Manager for the Disease Management Program and Pharmacy at High Desert Medical Group since September 2010. In this role, Ada oversees daily operations for chronic disease management, including programs for asthma, COPD, diabetes, and several other conditions, supported by a team of clinical professionals. Previously, from 1997 to 2010 at the same organization, Ada held the position of Member Services/QM Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing grievance processes, identifying MQM cases, and facilitating communication between physicians and patients.
