Kathryn Tilmes

Kathryn Tilmes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, communications, and team management. Currently serving as an Area Administrator and Volunteer Leader at Young Life since January 2011, Kathryn has effectively developed video content and manages online communications for the Greater Cincinnati Young Life. In addition to roles at Young Life, Kathryn has been a Stylist Coach and Salon Director at High Five Salon since June 2016, focusing on personal development for stylists and maintaining a healthy workplace culture. Previous experience includes business process improvement and account coordination at GNGF, alongside marketing internships and management roles in various organizations. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
