The Leadership Team at High Jump is a dedicated group of senior executives responsible for steering the strategic direction of the organization. Through their combined expertise in education, finance, strategy, and operations, the Leadership Team works to fulfill High Jump’s mission of providing equitable, high-quality education to academically promising middle school students from underserved communities in Chicago.
