Parm Thind

Parm Thind is a Director at High Lantern Group. Parm specializes in strategic transformation and creating operational efficiencies. She has experience working across a variety of industries including healthcare research, finance & internal strategy, sustainability as part of the United Nations Association of Canada, and venture capital. Parm brings a unique perspective to HLG and will be focusing on the portfolio of HLG's healthcare-related accounts.

She completed her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from McGill University and master’s degree in Management of Innovation at the University of Toronto.
