Lauren Hawkins

Lauren Hawkins has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Client Success at High Level Marketing, where they began working in March 2021. Prior to this, they held positions at the same company, including Director of Performance Management and Account Executive, starting in 2017. In 2017, they also worked as the Director of Fundraising & Events at Humble Design. Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation, where they held multiple roles, such as Growth/Expansion Project Manager, People And Organization Effectiveness Manager, Training and Development Specialist, District Manager, and Training Restaurant Manager, spanning from 2002 to 2016. Lauren has a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and implementing effective training and development programs.
