Lisa Baker

Lisa Baker currently serves as Head of School at High Meadows School since June 2020. Prior to this role, Lisa was Head of Upper School at Bancroft School from July 2017 to June 2020. Lisa spent a decade at The Roeper School as Upper School Director from July 2007 to July 2017 and has experience in staff development, having worked as a Staff Development Specialist at Montgomery County Public Schools and as a Staff Development Teacher at Watkins Mill High School between July 2005 and July 2007. Lisa Baker holds a Master of Science in Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with Education Certification from American University.
