Izabella Wilczynska

Izabella Wilczynska is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, management consulting, and design. Currently serving as a volunteer ski instructor at High Park Ski Club since September 2023, Izabella has held multiple senior roles at RBC since March 2012, including Director of Strategy and Performance, Senior Digital Product Manager, and Senior Manager of Newcomer Client Strategies. Previous experience includes consulting positions at Optimus SBR, management consultancy at York Consulting Group, and various roles in interior design with notable firms such as Herman Miller. Izabella's educational qualifications include an Executive program in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, an International MBA from Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Interior Design from Ryerson University. Additionally, Izabella has achieved CSIA Level 1 certification in ski coaching.
