Peyton Wegleitner began their career in 2012 as an Intern at Horton, Inc. Peyton then went on to become an Administrative Intern at the Small Business Development Center in 2015. That same year, they were also a Co-Investigator for a Research Project at Minnesota State University Moorhead, a Dragon Consultant for the Center for Innovative Business Solutions, and a Financial Advisor Assistant at Northwestern Mutual. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Manager at ARTEKTA Architects, an Assistant Volleyball Coach and Head Volleyball Coach at Fargo South, and a Digital Marketing Specialist at High Point Networks. In 2017, they became an Engagement Manager and Channel Sales Manager at High Point Networks, where they were responsible for maintaining existing Channel Partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing partner programs, and driving collaborative conversations with NOC, engineering, and marketing teams. Peyton also held the role of Business Development, where they led Account Managers through AVaaS sales process, worked with RSMs to drive growth at the Rep level, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to restructure back-end closing processes. Lastly, they were a Marketing Coordinator, where they managed web development, all social media channels, and created collateral, press releases, web, and case studies.

Peyton Wegleitner obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Advertising from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Peyton also holds certifications in Sales Enablement from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2022, and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate, Level 2: Certified Associate, and Level 3: Certified Associate, all obtained in January 2022.
