Brad Mowbray

Brad Mowbray is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Pennsylvania Apartment Association, where Brad collaborates with various stakeholders to address homelessness in Lancaster City and County. Brad holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Leadership, and International Business from the University of Richmond.
