Lucas de Vries

Lucas de Vries is currently a Beleid- en Management Trainee Zorg & Welzijn at High Select, where the focus is on developing talented young professionals in the healthcare sector. Prior experience includes serving as a Beleidsadviseur kwaliteit and Beleidsadviseur duurzaamheid at ZorgSpectrum, where responsibilities involved ensuring organizational quality and advising on sustainability goals. Additionally, Lucas worked as a Projectleider at Palet Welzijn, leading the development of an online manual for a new care concept, and as a Beleidsmedewerker at GGz Centraal, providing support to the Policy and Accountability Team. Previous roles include an internship at ProRail and service positions at Tapasbar El Mundo B.V. and Bostelbakkers. Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business & Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Natuurwetenschappen & Innovatiemanagement from Utrecht University.
