Damian Testa

Damian joined Highstreet in 2022 with a drive to create and cultivate specialty practices and solutions.

Prior to joining Highstreet, Damian was Senior Vice President of Insurance and Risk Management Advisory Services at Healthcare Risk Advisors. Previous roles include President of New York Retail Operations at Hub International and the Co-Founder of RDT Brokerage in New York City.

Damian is a graduate of Ramapo College.
