Prior to that, they earned an Associates degree in Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate from Suffolk County Community College from 1984 to 1986. In 1983, they pursued Computer Science studies at Stony Brook University. Donna also holds several additional certifications, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) from The Institutes, ACORD Certified Expert in Property & Casualty, and Florida State Continuing Education Instructor.
