Damon Fordham

Damon Fordham has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. Damon began their career in 2002 as a Design Engineer for CH2M HILL, providing project management and sustainable development consulting services for the design and construction of civil engineering and water resources projects. In 2005, they moved to the Oregon Department of Transportation as the Sustainability Program Manager, providing program development, strategic planning, and policy analysis. In 2008, they joined the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials as the Program Manager for Environment, leading and supporting national and statewide transportation initiatives dealing with environmental issues, sustainable development, and climate change. In 2009, they became an Independent Consultant for PPC/AEA Technology, supporting integration efforts between AEA Technology and their recently acquired U.S. operations. Damon then joined PPC as a Senior Principal in 2010, where they were the North American transportation practice founder and provided project/program management, performed technical oversight of domestic and international projects, and led business development efforts. From 2013 to 2022, they were a Principal at The Cadmus Group, where they were responsible for account management and operational execution, strategic oversight, and business development. Damon is currently a Director at High Street.

Damon Fordham obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham between 1996 and 2000. Damon then obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies from Oregon State University between 2000 and 2002. In November 2002, they obtained their LEED Accredited Professional certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. In November 2012, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
