Joel D. Rosen, Esq.

Joel D. Rosen, Esq. is the Managing Partner and Partner at High Swartz LLP, where the practice focuses on business transactions and commercial law, particularly in franchise law, since January 2007. Rosen has been actively serving as a Board Member for the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center and the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute since 2007 and 2009, respectively, and has held the position of Chairman of the Board at the Hepatitis B Foundation since 2003. Previously, Rosen owned the Law Office of Joel D. Rosen from March 1998 until December 2006 and served as VP General Counsel at Nutrisystem from 1989 to 1997. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a BA in History from Brandeis University.
