Curtis MacDonald

Curtis MacDonald is a seasoned venture capitalist and technology executive with extensive experience in early-stage investments and product development. As Managing Partner at ifMagic Ventures since August 2016, Curtis focuses on frontier technology and partnering with visionary leaders. Curtis serves on the boards of several innovative companies, including Hypersonix Inc. and Beyond Imagination, Inc., emphasizing roles in AI and robotics. Additionally, Curtis has held significant positions at High-Tech Gründerfonds, where involvement in high-tech startups spans over a decade, and has provided advisory services through Granatech Consulting. Curtis co-founded hField Technologies, where contributions to WiFi technology were recognized by major publications. An alumnus of Lehigh University with degrees in Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Curtis also pursued studies at Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
