Dr. Baltrukovich Natalya

Dr. Baltrukovich Natalya, MBA, PhD, currently serves as an Investment Manager at HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds since July 2023 and is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Prior experience includes roles such as Business Development Manager for Oncology at Stemline Therapeutics and Corporate Business Development and Licensing Manager for Oncology at MENARINI Group. Dr. Baltrukovich has a strong background in business development, licensing, and strategic partnerships, particularly within the pharmaceutical and oncology sectors. Before these roles, significant experience was gained at BERLIN-CHEMIE Menarini and medac GmbH, focusing on project management, stakeholder relationships, and in-licensing processes. Dr. Baltrukovich's academic credentials include an MBA in European Management from Berlin Professional School – HWR Berlin, a PhD in Biochemistry from Technische Universität Dresden, and a diploma in Biophysics from Belarusian State University.
