Romy Schnelle

Romy Schnelle has many years of experience in the start-up scene. After graduating from Technical University Ilmenau and beginning her career in the field of business development at Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology, she founded the Fraunhofer spin-off IOSONO, today is known as Barco Audio Technologies, where she was responsible for sales and operations. Romy Schnelle joined HTGF in 2008 and has been financing start-ups with us ever since. She has hands-on experience in setting up enterprises, business development/sales, fundraising, and corporate finance. Her outstanding performance is not only reflected in her portfolio but also in her seven exits.
