James Mandelbaum

James Mandelbaum has extensive experience in high technology and security, currently serving as Vice President at the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) since November 2013. Prior to this role, Mandelbaum held several key positions, including Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Gigamon from February 2019 to October 2024, where significant contributions included thought leadership and creation of educational content on cloud technologies. Additional roles at organizations such as Saviynt, RSA Security, and Cryptzone AB involved expertise in identity management, access governance, and security engineering. Mandelbaum's career also includes a unique role as a Presentation Diver at the Aquarium of the Pacific and significant achievements in network architecture and management at Viking Office Products. Education was completed at El Camino College.
