Taylor Hanson

Taylor Hanson serves as Legal Counsel at High Tide Inc. since December 2022, focusing on Corporate Law, M&A, and Securities for a Nasdaq and TSX-V listed cannabis retail company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Taylor was Legal Counsel at Mogo from September 2021 to December 2022, also handling Corporate Law, M&A, and Securities within a financial technology context. Experience includes an Associate Lawyer position at Gowling WLG, where Taylor was involved with Corporate M&A and Securities Law, and earlier roles as a Student-At-Law and Recruiting Associate. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Western University.
