Doug Northrop

Director Client Services at High Touch Technologies

Doug Northrop has worked in the technology industry since 1989. Doug began their career at Intrust Bank as a Computer Operator in 1989, where they moved from MICR Check Sorting Operator to Computer Operator and worked in an IBM mainframe environment. In 1996, they joined High Touch Technologies as the Director of Client Services. Doug then served as Service Desk Manager, overseeing operations of the Help Desk, providing feedback to directors, and analyzing KPI's. In addition, they were a Help Desk Supervisor, managing 8 direct reports and co-supervising a team of 20 technicians. Doug also served as a Help Desk Technician.

Doug Northrop attended Wichita State University from 1984 to 1988. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Supervision from the Center for Management Development at Wichita State University. In 1999, they received CompTIA's A+ Certification. In 2017, they obtained SE: Cloud Client-Computing, SE: Core Client, and SE: Workstation Credentials.
