Fanci Cross

Fanci Cross has worked in the IT industry since 1981. Fanci began their career at Texaco as a Project Manager, QA Life Cycle Consultant, Database Expert, Programmer, and IT Trainer. In 1987, they joined USAA as a Programmer Analyst, IT Operations Manager, IT Trainer, Project Manager, and Database Expert. From 1993-2001, they were an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at St. Philip's College. From 2001-2003, they were the IT Manager at South Texas Area Resources Credit Union, where they managed the IT Department, serviced AS400, and moved the Credit Union to a new platform and new computers. Fanci also upgraded electronic processing and handled fraud and liability issues. From 2003-present, Fanci has worked at High Touch Technologies in various roles, including Project Manager II, Senior Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator/Instructional Designer/Upgrade Specialist/Technical Writer on RSSS Software, and Senior Programmer on RSSS Software.

Fanci Cross obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 1981. Fanci then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1993.
