Richard Vogt

Senior Programmer at High Touch Technologies

Richard Vogt has worked in the technology field for over 20 years. Richard began their career in 2000 as the Chief Information Officer at Sedgwick County, where they managed the IT Department and oversaw over 100 people. In 2006, they were appointed as a Governor Appointed Member of the State of Kansas IT Executive Council. In 2013, they joined High Touch Technologies as a Senior Programmer and later became the Director of Software Solutions, managing two teams and heading up the company's public sector engagement initiatives.

Richard Vogt began their educational journey at Berean Academy High School, graduating in 1976. Richard then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics and Computer Science at Tabor College, graduating in 1980.
