Caroline Daly

Caroline Daly is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Recruiting Consultant Intern at High Trail since June 2025, focusing on elevating work for elite specialist technology professionals. Previously, Caroline acted as a MASMI Ambassador from August 2024 to May 2025, where consultation with employers and students was key, and achieved a notable 3rd place in a competitive elevator pitch contest. As an Equipment Room Student Worker at Salisbury University, responsibilities included organizing and maintaining athletic gear for 21 NCAA Division 3 teams while serving as a point of contact for coaches and players. Caroline also served as the Co-President of the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee, leading discussions on team concerns and coordinating service activities, including a successful shoe drive. As a Student Athlete from August 2021 to May 2025, participation in NCAA DIII playoffs and contribution to fundraisers led to a national championship runner-up finish in 2024. Caroline is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Salisbury University, complementing a previously earned degree in Marketing and Professional Sales.
