Jamie had a significant tenure at Real Staffing, where they held multiple roles. From August 2021 to August 2022, Jamie served as a Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead. From April 2020 to August 2022, Jamie was the Head of Real Staffing Austin - Direct-Hire Division, leading a team focused on direct-hire recruitment for the local ATX life sciences community. Jamie also held the positions of Executive Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing.

Additionally, Jamie Balkin obtained a certification in Sales from Kellogg Executive Education in 2020. Jamie Balkin also possesses a degree in Liberal Arts from Connecticut College, with a field of study in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
