Dave Spillers

Dave Spillers has extensive work experience in various industries. Dave began their career as the Owner/Operator/Service Manager for Business & Home (B & H) Electronics INC, where they gained experience in human resources, marketing, accounting, technical training, leadership, and customer relations. Dave then worked at Rocket Gaming Systems as a Field Service Manager before transitioning to the role of Compliance Manager, where they created a Compliance department and ensured regulatory compliance for the company. Spillers then joined the Quapaw Casino Authority (QCA) as a Regulatory Compliance Manager, where they ensured compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations, and also served as the Title 31 compliance officer and trainer. Currently, Spillers is the Marketing Director at High Winds Casino, where they ensure that the casino provides a fun and engaging experience for its customers.

Dave Spillers obtained an Associates degree in Electronics Technology from Northeast Oklahoma A&M in 1984. Dave also holds certifications as a Certified Electronics Technician from the International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (ISCET) and an FCC General RadioTelephone Certificate from the Federal Communications Commission.
