Martin Pachaliev

Martin Pachaliev is a skilled CAD Designer and Facilities Engineer with experience working for both Maxim Integrated and JR Structural Engineering, Inc. In their current position as Implementation Specialist at Higharc, Martin is responsible for modeling the capacity and utilization of facility systems, reviewing and optimizing maintenance programs and operations, and preparing plans, schedules, and bids. Prior to joining Higharc, Martin spent nearly four years working as a Senior Project Engineer at JR Structural Engineering, Inc., where they led architectural support within the organization and provided mentorship and training to junior engineers and support staff. Martin is an expert user of AutoCAD and is skilled in managing projects and deadlines with challenging building codes and regulations. Martin began their career in 2008 as a self-employed Math Tutor.

Martin Pachaliev has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Martin also has a certification from LinkedIn Learning in Project Management Simplified and a certification from the California Institute of the Arts in Visual Elements of User Interface Design. Martin is currently enrolled in a UI/UX Design Specialization at the California Institute of the Arts.
