Chris Ede

Chris Ede has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Chris's most recent role was as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Highbar, starting in 2022. Prior to that, Chris served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ZoomCare from 2020 to 2022. Chris also held leadership positions as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at The Atlas Group from 2019 to 2020, and at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy from 2017 to 2019. Before that, Chris was a Recruitment Manager at ATI Physical Therapy from 2010 to 2017, and a Talent Acquisition Leader at CVS Health from 2002 to 2010. With experience in various industries, Chris also worked as a Senior Recruiter at CS STARS LLC, a division of Marsh & McLennan in 2007, and as a Staffing Manager at Huffy Corp from 1995 to 2002.

Chris Ede completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Loras College, attending from 1988 to 1993. Chris also has obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Internet Recruiter and Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) from AIRS powered by ADP, as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM.
