Jeff Hay

Jeff Hay has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jeff recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Highbar since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Athletico, starting as a Facility Manager in 1997 and progressing to Regional Director and then Vice President Clinical Operations until May 2023. Jeff began their career at the Chicago Bears as an Assistant Athletic Trainer from 1993 to 1997.

Jeff Hay attended Maine East High School from 1983 to 1987. Jeff then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Illinois Wesleyan University from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Health & Physical Education - Athletic Training from Illinois State University from 1991 to 1993.
