Andrea Armstrong

Andrea Armstrong is the Head of Talent Management at Highbridge Human Capital since October 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Recruiter at The Valens Company from March 2020 to October 2022. Andrea also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Kelowna Concierge from January 2020 to March 2020, and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Tour Supervisor, Guest Service Agent, and Tour Agent at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge from May 2017 to December 2019. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
