Justin Suwart

Justin Suwart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and Sales at HighCom Armor. Prior to this, they founded and directed their own company, Bronya Consulting. Justin also co-founded and served as a director at Schema Therapy Wollongong Pty Ltd.

In 2021, Justin worked at HighCom Group as the Head of Business Development - Armour and Composites and later as a Business Development Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Business Manager for Armour & Protection at Bisalloy Steels, where they were responsible for business development, sales, and distributor management for the company's Armour product lines. Justin also held the role of Business Development Manager at Bisalloy Steels from 2016 to 2020.

Before that, Justin worked as a Business Development Manager and National Sales Manager at LaserBond Limited from 2014 to 2016. Justin also worked at Bisalloy Steels from 2011 to 2014, where they served as a Product Applications Engineer and Product Marketing Engineer.

Earlier in their career, Justin worked as an Account Manager at Tenneco from 2009 to 2011. Justin also worked as an Engineer at IDEX Corporation from 2006 to 2009 and as a Field Service Engineer at The Le Mac Australia Group from 2005 to 2006. Overall, Justin Suwart has a strong background in business development, sales, and engineering.

Justin Suwart earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Tasmania in 2005. Justin then completed a Graduate Certificate (GradCertEM) in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney from 2008 to 2010. Continuing their education, Justin pursued a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree specializing in Engineering and Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney from 2010 to 2013. Justin furthered their studies at the Australian Institute of Business where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Operations Management from 2013 to 2015. Justin's academic journey continued at the Australian Institute of Business, where they obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2015 to 2018. Recently, they completed a Diploma in Leadership and Management (DipLead&Man) from TAFE NSW in 2022. In addition to their degrees, Justin also holds certifications including Affiliate (AAICD) from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Security Officer from the Australian Department of Defence, obtained in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
