Dr. Pranav Naithani

Dr. Pranav Naithani possesses extensive experience in higher education and business management, currently serving as the Systemwide Course Team Leader in Business at the Higher Colleges of Technology since January 2011. In this role, Dr. Naithani teaches a variety of courses in Marketing, Quality, and Human Resources, and has previously held positions such as Division Chair and Academic Coordinator, overseeing multinational faculty teams and ensuring program accreditation by the ACBSP. Prior experience includes teaching at the Birla Institute of Technology in Oman and Bahrain, serving as CEO of CA Consultancy, and managing marketing and HR functions at Polar International. Dr. Naithani's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and an MBA from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
