Steve Caldwell

Steve Caldwell has a comprehensive work experience in the education sector. Steve is currently serving as the Head of Construction & Building Service at Bridgwater & Taunton College since July 2023. Prior to this, Steve worked as the Project Lead at The Cornwall College Group from July 2021. Steve has also held positions at Weston College, where they served as the Dean of Faculty from January 2010 to July 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Centre at Yeovil College, where they successfully expanded the construction training portfolio and improved the OFSTED grading. Steve also has previous experience as an Education Advanced Practitioner at Bridgwater & Taunton College, where they achieved an outstanding grading and contributed to a teacher support initiative.

Steve Caldwell has a teaching certificate in Education from Bath Spa University. Steve also completed a program in Leadership & Management at Bath Spa University's Level Institute of Leadership & Management ILM.
