Erin Lim

Erin Lim currently serves as the Associate Executive Dean of Health Sciences at the Higher Colleges of Technology, where responsibilities include building connections between academia and industry to support Emiratisation in the health sector. Lim has an extensive academic background, having held various positions including Associate Professor, Academic Program Chair for Medical Laboratory Science, and Program Coordinator. Significant achievements include the development of a vocational Diploma in Medical Lab Technician and securing several grants for applied research. Lim's earlier experience includes roles at Perdana University-Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the International Medical University, complemented by a PhD in Medical Biotechnology and a BS in Microbiology from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Notable accolades include the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation.
