Sathyan Ariyapalli

Sathyan Ariyapalli has extensive experience in IT support and network administration, currently serving as a Specialist in IT Support at Higher Colleges of Technology since December 1999, where responsibilities include leading customer-facing operations and managing service desk teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Previous roles include System Administrator for Abu Dhabi Women's College, where administration and support for high-end servers and storage were executed, and IT Support Administrator, managing technical teams for IT support activities. Earlier career positions include Network Administrator at Great Circle Line in Dubai, and at American President Lines in Chennai, leading network operations for multiple sites. Sathyan holds an MBA in Project Management and a BSc in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, along with an Engineering Diploma in Computer Hardware Maintenance from Model Polytechnic College.
