Shirin Parineh has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, serving as the Senior HRBP Director for Engineering at Fastly since November 2014, where support is provided to the engineering organization. As Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Shirin was instrumental in developing the talent acquisition team from 2 to 19 globally and overseeing the strategy and operations of recruiting. In addition to current roles as an Executive Member at HIGHER Community and a member of the Customer Advisory Board at Greenhouse Software, Shirin has held various recruitment positions at companies such as Vocera Communications, ADVANTIS Global Inc., Synergy Consulting, Andiamo! Group, and Miller Heiman Group. Educational credentials include a degree from San José State University.
