Kelly Haskell Rauktis

Kelly Haskell Rauktis is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention. As the Principal Consultant and Founder of CapitalClass Consulting since January 2019, Kelly specializes in developing high ACV customer retention and cross-selling programs. In addition to founding CapitalClass Consulting, Kelly serves as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, joining in March 2025, and held Chief Marketing Officer positions at Larson Jewelers and Universal Jewelry from April to August 2025. Previous roles include Account Director at TrueVoice Growth Marketing™, Demand Generation Manager at CA Technologies, and Marketing Operations Manager at Qvidian, among others. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Southern New Hampshire University, earned from 2000 to 2004.
