Shelkim Crotty

Shelkim Crotty, CSM, CSPO, SA, currently serves as a Senior Engagement Manager at HIGHER DIGITAL Inc. since May 2022. With extensive experience in Agile coaching and software development, Shelkim held the position of Senior Manager/Agile Coach/Product Owner at SAP from November 2015 to May 2022, leading Agile transformations and supporting Agile teams through coaching and training.
