Chris Taylor

Chris Taylor is a Project & Research Officer within the Elections Division at the Council of Europe. They also work as a Taith Assessor for the International Learning Exchange Programme Ltd and as an Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps External Assessor for Léargas. In addition, they are an External Expert for ECORYS UK & British Council, an Erasmus+ Higher Education Assessor for the Higher Education Authority, and an Advisor, Election Observation Trainer & Election Observer for Democracy Volunteers. They have a diverse educational background in development management, trauma risk incident management, conflict and development, contemporary European studies, and more. Chris is actively engaged in various election observation missions and works on mobility projects in different fields of education.
