Jocelyn Scotty

Jocelyn Scotty is Vice President of Schools at Higher Ground Education. Scotty works in support of the campus teams, ensuring we have thriving school communities of engaged and informed parents while growing and developing students who love coming to school. Scotty first discovered Montessori when searching for a high-quality school for her own daughter.

After witnessing the power of a Montessori educational experience, Scotty left her business career and went back to school to earn her Montessori certification. After several years of teaching, Jocelyn transitioned to working with adults as a Montessori teacher trainer and Head of School.

Scotty joined Higher Ground Education in 2017 and is thrilled to be a part of the mission to deliver high-quality Montessori education, everywhere. Scotty has a BS in Finance from DePaul University and her AMS Montessori certification from Seton Montessori Institute.
