Dr. Grace Stephens currently serves as Chancellor of Generations College, where significant improvements in enrollment, graduation, and retention rates have been achieved through a strategic data-driven plan. In addition to this role, Dr. Stephens is an Institutional Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission and a Corporate Officer for the Global Christian Professional Women's Association, which supports professional women of faith. Previous positions include leadership roles at Duke University Medical Center, Columbia University, Kaplan, Goldman Sachs, and the University of Pennsylvania, showcasing a strong background in higher education administration and business development. Dr. Stephens holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside multiple graduate degrees from Columbia University and New York University, and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York.
