Carly Wohlers

Carly Wohlers is a seasoned professional in customer experience and member engagement, currently serving as a CX Solution Engineer and Senior Implementation Project Manager at Higher Logic since January 2016. Previous roles include Member Retention and Engagement Specialist at the Society of Petroleum Engineers, where Carly advanced from Community Manager to focus on membership data analysis and communication strategies. Carly also held the position of Membership Coordinator at the Restaurant Facility Management Association, managing membership retention initiatives and overseeing event planning. Early career experience includes positions at ISN and as a Marketing Intern at the Bryan-College Station CVB. Carly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and has international study experience at Jönköping International Business School.
