Riley Hall

Riley Hall is an experienced professional in account management and sales, currently serving as Renewal Manager II at Higher Logic since July 2025. Previously, Riley held various roles at Khoros from October 2021 to July 2025, including Renewal Account Manager and Enterprise Sales Development Representative, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts, driving renewal growth, and collaborating with teams for cross-sell opportunities.
