Shannon Creghan

Shannon Creghan is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Higher Logic, a position held since February 2019, which followed a series of roles including Customer Success Manager and Consultant in Strategic Services. In these roles, Shannon has managed a portfolio of over 15 Strategic Services customers, contributing to more than $1M in annual SaaS revenue, and has developed strategic plans to enhance client outcomes in member retention, acquisition, and operational efficiency. Prior to Higher Logic, Shannon served as a Marketing Automation Recruitment Consultant at FRG Technology Consulting from February 2017 to February 2019. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Connecticut.
