Christine Pretti

Christine Pretti is a seasoned Program Manager at HigherEchelon, Inc., where focus is on the design and implementation of the VA Women's Health Transition Training Pilot since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles at SAIC as a Human Performance Coach, where customized workshops led to improved productivity and cohesion, and as Deputy to the Director of Curriculum, co-developing a performance enhancement curriculum. Additionally, as a Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback Consultant, analysis of 360° leadership assessments was conducted for senior U.S. Army leaders. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Lean Six Sigma certificate from Villanova University.
