Siana Sylvester

Siana Sylvester, M.Ed., CMPC, PCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational and mental performance. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational and Mental Performance at HigherEchelon, Inc., since October 2018, Siana oversees project management and client engagements while developing training programs and facilitating change management initiatives. Previous roles include various management and coaching positions, such as High Performance Coach for the U.S. Army and Owner of Mental Flex, a mental performance coaching company. Siana's educational background includes a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College and various specialized courses in sport and performance psychology.
