Steven Spaulding

Steven Spaulding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven is currently the Vice President of Sales at HigherEchelon, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at the same company from 2019 to January 2022. Before joining HigherEchelon, Inc., Steven had a significant tenure at Dartmouth College, where they held the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Leadership from 2012 to 2019. Their contributions included founding a leadership program for Dartmouth Athletics, leading to notable successes in Ivy League titles and recognition from the NCAA. Prior to their time at Dartmouth, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Non Profit Growth (NPG) from 2002 to 2012. Steven also had experience as a Business Contracts Negotiator at Alcatel Telecommunications from 2000 to 2002. Steven's career began in the US Army, where they served as a Captain from 1995 to 2000.

Steven Spaulding earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Factors and Industrial Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Steven attended the academy from 1991 to 1995. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England.
