Yaroslava Grats

Yaroslava Grats is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in testing and quality assurance within the software industry. Currently serving as a Salesforce Sr Tester at HigherEchelon, Inc. since May 2023, Yaroslava previously held the position of QA Engineer at Salesforce from May 2017 to September 2022, where contributions included testing features for Salesforce CRM and the Salesforce1 Mobile app. In earlier roles, including QA Engineer at Frequentz from May 2015 to March 2017, responsibilities encompassed software design discussions, transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, and extensive involvement in web application UI and services testing.
