Brittney Wilganowski

Brittney Wilganowski Harrison is a seasoned professional in customer success and revenue management, currently serving as Head of Revenue and Head of Customer Success at HigherMe since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Community Brands as Vice President of K12 Sales and Solution Strategy and Vice President of K12 Account Management and Customer Success from January 2021 to April 2023. Brittney has also held senior positions at Fourth, including Vice President of Global Customer Success and Sr. Director of US Customer Success. Prior to those roles, Brittney had a longstanding career at HotSchedules, ascending through various customer success roles over eight years. Brittney began their career in the hospitality industry with leadership positions at Chili's and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. Brittney is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a BA in Political Science in 2005.
