Heather Guertin

Heather Guertin is an experienced professional in brand management and human resources with a strong background in the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as Brand Experience Manager at HigherMe since June 2020, Heather has previously held roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Flour Bakery+Cafe and Top of the Hub, where Heather established HR systems and processes.
