Kimberly Pretnar, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Kimberly Pretnar, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Kimberly is currently serving as Chief People Officer at HighFive Healthcare, where they oversee the organization's HR function. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the SVP of Human Resources at First US Bank for five years, where they were responsible for employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership recruiting, and policy development. Kimberly also served as the Director of Human Resources at IBML for five years, overseeing all aspects of HR globally, including recruiting, employee relations, and strategic planning. Kimberly has also held leadership positions at CE Outcomes and St. Vincent's HealthCare, where they were responsible for HR department development and retention programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at HealthSouth, providing operational and consultative support to the company's hospitals nationwide.

Kimberly Pretnar, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management from Carson-Newman University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they received certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI in June 2011 and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in November 2015.
